C.S. Lebowski
Centro Storico Lebowski is the largest popular shareholding project ever attempted in Italian football. In a system dominated by economic interests, since 2010, Lebowski has followed an alternative model: a sports organization collectively owned and directly managed by fans through a cooperative, developed through the involvement and participation of all.

C.S. Lebowski is not (just) a team, but a community that sees football as a tool for participation, inclusion, and social aggregation. Through the Cooperative, players, fans, and volunteers build an open and accessible space for everyone – from the youngest to the oldest – regardless of gender or background. This commitment translates into a project that goes beyond the field, with a football school and youth sectors offering hundreds of girls and boys the opportunity to grow in an environment based on sharing and self-determination.

Un Ponte Per
Among the many projects C.S. Lebowski is involved in, one in particular is very close to the heart of the cooperative: in May 2023, a delegation of coaches from the football school and youth sectors was invited to Beirut by the NGO Un Ponte Per to hold a training course for the coaches of the Palestinian Youth Club, the team of children living in the Shatila refugee camp. From this experience, a documentary – directed by Niccolò Falsetti – was created. The delegation is screening it across Italy to raise funds, aiming to bring at least 15 children from the refugee camp to Florence for a shared experience of sports and solidarity.
